baptism!

we have been learning about baptism!                                                                                                          baptism is when you go to a church and get holy water poured on your head but it is not just water it is holy water they put oil and water and they mix it together then you have holy water and that¨s what they pour  on  your head,after that, the priest say i will baptise you in the name of the father and the son and the holy spirit,you can get baptised anywhere you want, normally it is at a church or a beach they are the most common places to have it, Jesus was baptised in a home not a church or a beach.the candles represents the Christ light.the white light represents cleansed from sins

The creative Museum

Yesterday my class and room one went to the Museum, first My class went with a staff member called Anthony, he taught us about the Arctic and what animals live there.He also told us that the animals should leave that area because the ice is melting. He said they should go to the  South pole. I loved the pottery because we did a scavenger hunt trying to find different type of things. I want to learn more about the Arctic and why they like the cold. I loved the Museum I wish My class could go everyday. Have you ever been to the Museum before?

The spectacular Raven

We have been learning to describe a character.When you describe a character you need to say what it looks likes, what it does and what it likes and dislikes are. I enjoyed describing my friend because it was really fun. It was challenging to write a game characters because I didn't  really know what to write about.  I think I became a better writer at saying what it does, because on the carton there will be a lot of things that it would do. What did you enjoy about writing a character?

Creative stuffed animals

Hello we are learning to write persuasive arguments.What I found tricky was finding someone that would not be silly. and will help me.Also finding the right toy to do it with.l learned how to write an argument they are really fun to write about.

Magical Holy Spirt

We have been learning about the Holy Spirt.
In maori Holy Spirt is  Te Wairua Tapu. Pentecost is the birthday of the church's.The Holy Spirt is apart of the Trinity.I enjoyed  making a poster.It is special to think about pentecost.

Statistic

Hi today ill be telling you what statistic is.statistic is gathering informations and present.We have also learned what pictographs are, bar graph are and what tally charts are.pictographs are when you have your bar graph and the votes off that are how many  you draw on the pictograph.A tally chart is when you pick something like a sport.pick about four different sports like swimming,netball,rugby and soccer you would ask random people what they liked.Finally last is a bar graph.Do
