My Day Of Fitness:)

Today We had to make a video about fitness and me and my brother did it together because you need two people to be in the video This is how you do it: you need two buckets or pots and two pears of socks you will have to be at least 1 meter away when you start and before you even start throwing you do three star jumps and work your way up more further away from the the buckets/pots and that's how you do this fitness:)))

  2. Hi Aimee, Kate here from New Brighton Catholic School.I like the way you did a blog post on P.E as many schools don't do it in lockdown. Did you know once a person did load of measurements and calculations and found out the position to do a perfect throw. Maybe next time you could check your grammar before you post as you are missing some full stops. Do you do fitness everyday?
